Become cross-trained in all areas of the screen-printing process and become proficient in automatic and/or manual machine operation.   Status/Hours: Full-Time, Days, 4 10-hour shifts 5:30 am – 4:30 pm. Overtime as scheduled.     JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES - Operate an automatic or manual printing machine, including set up and tear down to produce garments per order specifications.  - Verify that the count, garment types, print location and artwork are correct prior to production. - Document all necessary information pertaining to order in the ERP system, such as order printed, and colors used. - Monitor machine for needed maintenance and report to issues to Supervisor. - Become proficient and trained in all aspects of screen printing. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. - Screen printing experience preferred; however, will train the right candidate. - Strong attention to detail; mechanical inclination helpful. - Must have good judgment of color, design and order specifications. - Strong design skills with good eye for color and layout. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.    Status/Hours: Full-Time, Nights, Monday – Thursday 3:30 pm – 2 am.
