Coordinate the processing of artwork between the customer and production. Assure quality by proofreading artwork, orders and verifying decoration specifications. Approve orders on the production floor and run daily reports.

- Assign designs to all reorders
- Proofread designs, comparing file to order specifications. Confer with supervisors regarding corrections.
- Verify order specifications, i.e., artwork, colors, and placement.
- Enter pertinent information into the ERP software, maintaining and updating database as needed.
- Extract reports from ERP software to ensure timely follow-up with customers.
- Complete all utilization reports for the department (Embroidery).
- Help cover the production floor for order approvals and production questions.
- Become proficient and trained in other aspects of production as needed to support other departments.

Responsible for removing ink residue and solvents from screens, reclaiming screens and screen frames for future use.
Status/Hours: Full-Time; Nights; Monday - Thursday; 4:30 pm - 3:30 am. Overtime as scheduled.
JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receives screens from production room, removes ink residue and tape from screens, and stacks screens for the cleaning process.
- Loads screens onto the rack and initiates wash cycle of reclaim machine, monitoring chemicals for correct concentration and mixture.
- Visually inspects screens at the end of cycle to ensure quality standards are met. Applies haze remover and manually scrubs excess emulsion, ink, or ghosting from the screens.
- Checks and re-tensions screens per established guidelines.
- Places clean screens on racks and moves racks to drying room.

PURPOSE STATEMENT
Game One is the premier provider of apparel, gear, and equipment unifying teams and fans in schools, clubs, and organizations.
JOB SUMMARY
Set-up, monitor and embroider garments as prescribed by the order.
Status/Hours: Full-Time, Nights, Monday – Thursday, 3:30 pm - 2:00 am. Overtime as scheduled.
JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate any of the embroidery machines at the assigned location.
- Verify that the count, garment types, print location and artwork are correct prior to production.
- Document all necessary information pertaining to order in the ERP system, such as order printed and colors used.
- Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of the machine.
- Complete daily production documentation.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Embroidery experience preferred; however, will train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail; mechanical inclination helpful.
- Must have good judgment of color, design and order specifications.
- Strong design skills with good eye for color and layout.

PURPOSE STATEMENT

JOB SUMMARY
Prepare screens for production to include coating, imaging, exposing, wash-out, tape and pin holing. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Status/Hours: Full-Time, Nights, Monday – Thursday 3:30 pm – 2 am. Overtime as scheduled.
JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produces orders as determined by the supervisor or the production schedule.
- Labels and scans imaged screens to keep ERP system accurate.
- Wash screens to remove wax from image area with high pressure hose.
- Examines screens for image clarity and returns poor quality screens to I Jet room for re-imaging.
- Tapes and blocks perimeter of screens, scanning when complete.
- Visually inspects for and repairs pinholes in screens and ensures image is completely washed out.
- Coats screens with specified emulsion ensuring a consistent stencil.
